Oasis park hotel was excellent in location. The staff efficient and friendly. We had an excellent meal. The room was very clean. The early morning arrangements for a taxi to the airport was on time. We will recommend it to other people.
I think a better map of the surrounding area with places such as Robinsons marked on it. We asked for directions and were told "just go straight" to get to Robinsons and set off into the dark and got lost!

Very good restaurant with friendly staff
Some male hotel guest bring prostitutes. Then some of the hotel staff might have problems to distinguish normal female hotel guests and to treat these female guests friendly.

The restaurants and the 24 hour room service..the pool was great even though we didnt get to actually get in..the poolside picnic tables and large umbrellas were also very nice..
the location of our room didnt allow for internet reception signal..So we had to go to the pool/lobby area to use the internet..but even that was nice as the weather was quite pleasant..for a summer time manila evening..Just glad it wasnt raining..haha..

the hotel is ok.pretty typical for manila.the pool is nice for a hotel in the price range.
the price sounds good at first but they are not including fees and tax.you can get as good or better for the same price.they do have very nice dining but the food prices are very high.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, good reception/bar/restaurant facilities. Opposite the beautiful Paco Park.
The rooms look like they haven't been renovated in a long long time. A couple of cockroaches encounted during the stay but I guess this is difficult to prevent. Maybe a bigger issue for some guests maybe that my ground floor room was particularly noisy with traffic and one side of the hotel backs onto a busy road. Aircon system is also VERY noisy so take ear plugs!

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the employees. The fact that it was only a short walk to a major shopping center.
Comfort of the bed.

The rooms are clean and comfortable . The price is on par with comprable rooms in manila . Good value if your not staying long , or need a lot of amenities . The pool is well maintained .
The resturant was a bit pricey for what you get . Prices are a bit out of line with local value . Food quality was also lacking . In short , eat out !

The hotel staff was great, helpful and smiley. Firstly, I stayed in the standard room (which has no window and it was quite depressive for me), then I have upgraded to higher standard and the room was really nice, big and mainly, with the window. The hotel has a swimming pool and a good restaurant facility with a good choice of meals.I Liked it.
It should be written that standard room has no window and it is quite dark. Just not the others will be confused after arrival. The higher standard room was okay.I Had to pay, of course, some difference in prices.

Very nice lobby, cafes and pool.
Rooms need renovation but good enough for a budget hotel

The helpful and courteous staff from the front desk, to waiters, to janitors all the way up to management when we needed them.
Unless you travel a long distance the hotel taxi charges twice as much as the area cabs, because they are a flat rate at p200. The food was horrible. Greasy, salty, wilted, uncooked 2 of the 3 meals we tried were sent back to the kitchen half eaten. I sent a note the management via the Master Chef, then spoke directly to management too. They did apologise, and they refunded the most expensive of the 3. But, nothing beats the disappointment of what has the makings of a good meal and find out it just isn'T. It is also my belief that a cook or assistant doctored one of my meals to actually make it bad. An ingredient I identified, as it was making the meal repugnant, was not supposed to be in the dish I was served. Probably to put one over on "The American" is the reason. My back was turned to the kitchen but all through lunch she said they all kept staring at me. Maybe expecting a provoked response.

Location, swimming pool, free wifi, bar
There was no electricity in the room, after ~2 hours fixing attempts requested another room; wake up call happened 15 minutes later than requested

Very functional. You arrive, sleep, have breakfast and leave. The pool is small but very welcome. All the staff were very welcoming.
The cheapest room which I had was very clean and functional, but also quite small, dark, cell-like with a noisy aircon unit.I had arranged in advance to be picked up from the airport but no one was there to great me as I came out of Arrivals. I then spent 20 minutes looking for them, gave up and got a taxi meter instead for 300 Pesos - not want you want after a 20-hour trip to get to Manila.
